Sugar, sugar and more sugar. We all know it is bad for us. But what if we crave it so much? Or what if we are forced to eat it as a part of our recovery plan or meal plan or inpatient food list?
In eating disorder recovery, sufferers often have to overcome fear foods and learn to eat "bad foods" alongside the "good foods." Anorexia is a restrictive disorder -- one where food is not only limited, but where the only food even "allowed" to enter the body is food that is healthy and nourishing.
